  14. Although I think I'm on the right track here, lemme throw this out and see
  15. if anyone else has done this. If so, please (F)ollowup and lemme know what
  16. to watch out for...

  18. I have a Linux box that's connected full time to my ISP via SLIP. Works
  19. perfect and I'm very happy. I have an Amiga that I USE and many of my
  20. projects require processing by both systems.

  22. I've been using sneaker-net (appropriate technologies and all that) but now
  23. the data transfer is taking more time than the projects themselves.

  25. What I thought I'd do is null-modem the two systems together, set up an
  26. internal domain and use the builtin tcp/ip on the Linux side and AmiTCP on
  27. the Amiga side to actually network.

  29. Although I haven't looked at the docs of AmiTCP, it seems doable to me. I
  30. look forward to hearing any comments.
